Duane Riedel and his plan built Rookie. The fuselage is built like the standard plank balsa box. The wing was cut from foam and covered with fiberglass. The finish is all Krylon spay paint. Power is the trusty old OS FP40.

Bruce Anderson's new Rookie that he has been working on. The tail feathers are all built from sticks and the fuselage is built from sheet balsa. The wing was cut from foam and ¼ X ¼" spars installed underneath 1/16" sheeting. Lighting holes were cut in the fuselage and wing. Covering is towerkote and power will be supplied by the old Thundertiger 40 engine.
